Non-voting members can be developing health plans, primary/health care providers or organizations who have an interest in comprehensive health care and support the principles of managed care.

Non-voting members are very important to the success of the association. They share health care information from other states; recommend education program topics and speakers; offer grants for education programs; keep the association informed about how health plans impact their businesses; and most importantly, work with health plans to provide the best care possible for patients.
